Who We Are

Kootenay Gay Pride aims to build bridges between people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We came together in 1996 to celebrate sexual diversity. Kootenay Gay Pride brings visibility to sexual minorities within our communities. It is important to recognize that heterosexist and homophobic attitudes are harmful and impact society as a whole.
